What comes in the box?
Each BrushBuddy includes the electric handle, one U-shaped mouthpiece in your chosen size (ages 2 to 5 or 6 to 10), a USB charging cable, and a user manual.
How do I use it?
Add a small dot of kids' toothpaste to both sides of the mouthpiece, have your child gently chomp down, and press the button. The sonic vibration and built-in timer run the session. When it's done, rinse the mouthpiece and you're finished.

My child gags easily and hates things in their mouth. Will they tolerate it?
Many sensitive kids do better with BrushBuddy than a regular brush. The mouthpiece is soft, flexible silicone that sits gently in the mouth with no bristles poking around, and there's no scrubbing motion to trigger the gag reflex. Start with a few seconds at a time and build up.
What if my kid just chews on it?
Chomping is the point. Gentle biting presses the bristle-textured silicone against the teeth while the vibration does the cleaning, so even a kid who “just chews” is brushing. The food-grade silicone is built to handle it.
Won't the novelty wear off like every other trick we've tried?
Songs and sticker charts fade because they add work on top of brushing. BrushBuddy removes the work: one chomp, one button, 60 seconds, done. When the routine itself is this easy, it doesn't need novelty to survive. And if brush time isn't still calmer after 30 nights, you get your money back.
How long does the battery last, and what if something breaks?
A full charge lasts about 15 days of twice-a-day brushing, and it recharges with the included USB cable. If anything breaks or stops working, message us and we'll replace it.
What toothpaste should we use?
Any kids' toothpaste you already have. A small dot on both sides of the mouthpiece is enough. You don't need a special foam or our own brand.
How do I clean and care for it?
Rinse the mouthpiece under warm water after each use and let it air dry. Replace the mouthpiece every 3 months, same as any toothbrush.
